Mindfulness training is presented Spring and Fall by guest teacher, Dr. Geraldine Wu at The Yoga Groove in the iRest tradition. These presentations focus on yoga nidra /“iRest” in which guided imagery, meditation and other techniques are used to achieve deep relaxation.
Spring Session kicks off with a “Meditation 101” Saturday series May 14th 1:00-2:00 PM.
Classes run consecutive Saturdays, May 14-June 4.
