Family yoga allows families to have fun together while connecting through movement and relaxation. Fostering wellness in children and their families is one of my life’s passions. These classes can energize and balance family members through creative games, themes, skill development and breath awareness. No previous yoga experience is needed.
As a former special educator, I know how to employ effective strategies to encourage and include everyone. Children and adults with special needs will find success through yoga’s holistic approach of supporting development regardless of where each person may be on the continuum of wellness or challenge.
