Gentle yoga uses various yoga practices such as poses, contraction/relaxation, breathing and meditation techniques to help with a variety of health concerns. Yoga can supplement medical care and yoga can be helpful pre & post-surgery. Whether attending a group class or a private lesson, your individual needs will be addressed. Using props and/or modifications to the practice you can enjoy a safe, injury free, experience. If you can breathe, you can do and benefit from yoga as we adapt your practice for a perfect fit.
